Depalol Multimedia, the exclusive distributor for Spain of the Goboservice brand, participated in the SICUR trade fair in Madrid (February 22-25) to present to visitors the innovative product for projected safety signs, SIGNUM, which adapts perfectly to industrial environments thanks to its waterproofness (IP65 certified) and passive heat dissipation system that prevents dust from entering the device.
The projected signals, always clearly visible especially in poor visibility conditions, increase attention and prove to be the most effective system for safety in the workplace. Flexible, dynamic and environmentally friendly, these applications are spreading very quickly in the international market. A projected signal requires the use of a gobo projector and an image carrier (the gobo). The gobo, which is located in the projector, is comparable to a slide, but has a virtually infinite life. The projector is installed in a suitable place near the projection area, e.g. on the ceiling. The selected safety message is then projected onto the surface and is easily visible even in low light conditions.
Depalol Multimedia, a Catalan company that operates extensively in the decorative lighting sector, was appointed last year as the exclusive distributor of Goboservice projectors in Spain. Thanks to this collaboration, several prestigious projects have already been realised, from the lighting of the museum dedicated to Salvador Dalì in his native city of Figueres, to the Christmas decoration of public and commercial buildings in several other cities.
